2.1 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement or have obtained appropriate consent.

2.2 User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.

3.1 Server Listings

The Website allows you to distribute information about Minecraft servers. You acknowledge that the server information you provide should be accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates the rights of others or is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful. You are solely responsible for the content you distribute through the Website.

9.1 Acquisition of Tokens

Users may acquire virtual currency, referred to as "tokens," on our platform. These tokens can be obtained through direct purchase or via special promotions and bonuses offered by MinecraftTopzone. The tokens represent a limited license right governed by these Terms & Conditions and are not redeemable for any sum of real-world money or monetary value from MinecraftTopzone at any time.

9.2 Use of Tokens

Tokens can be used on the platform to access various features, including but not limited to advertising services, premium server listings, and other digital goods or services offered by MinecraftTopzone. The tokens have no expiration date, and users can utilize them at any time for transactions on the platform as long as their account remains active and in good standing.

9.3 Refunds and Cancellations

Tokens purchased are non-refundable except in cases where there has been a demonstrable error on the part of MinecraftTopzone, such as incorrect token crediting or system errors affecting purchase transactions. In such cases, users may submit a request for a refund or cancellation within 7 days of the transaction date. MinecraftTopzone reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis and grant refunds at its sole discretion.

In the event of a refund, tokens will be removed from the user's account balance, and a corresponding monetary refund will be issued to the user's original payment method. Refund requests submitted beyond the specified time frame or without sufficient evidence of an error may not be honored.

9.4 No Cash Value

Tokens are a virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real money, goods, or other items of monetary value from MinecraftTopzone or any other party. The purchase and use of tokens are final and non-refundable, except as specified in these Terms & Conditions, in section 9.3.

9.5 Account Termination

Upon termination of a user's account, whether by the user or by MinecraftTopzone for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining token balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered or refunded. MinecraftTopzone reserves the right to demand and obtain payment from any user who attempts to fraudulently acquire or use tokens.

9.6 Changes to Token Terms

MinecraftTopzone reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the token system, including the value of tokens and the ways in which they can be used, at any time and without notice to the users. This includes the right to discontinue the token program, adjust the cost of acquiring tokens, or change the benefits and services that can be obtained using tokens.

In the event of any changes to the token system, MinecraftTopzone will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance through the platform or via email. However, it is the responsibility of the user to stay informed about the current Terms & Conditions, including any changes to the token system.

If the token system is discontinued, MinecraftTopzone will provide users with information regarding the redemption of existing tokens, and any such redemption shall be subject to the terms set forth in the discontinuation notice.

9.7 Limitations of Use

While tokens can be used to access a variety of features on the platform, MinecraftTopzone reserves the right to impose limitations on the use of tokens for certain services or goods. These limitations may include restrictions on the number of tokens that can be used in a single transaction, the types of services or goods that can be obtained with tokens, and the specific users or account types that are eligible to use tokens.

Users agree to comply with all such limitations and acknowledge that violating any token usage restrictions may result in account suspension or termination, forfeiture of tokens, and/or legal action.

9.8 Governing Law

The acquisition and use of tokens, as well as any disputes related to tokens, shall be governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Bulgaria for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.
